About The Project
Production of a flood risk assessment and drainage strategy to support a planning application for the provision of care facilities in the heart of Buckingham. The site is in an area significantly affected by fluvial and pluvial flood risk. Coast assisted the architect with input into the design to mitigate against the risk, including a significant area of compensatory storage to offset the development footprint.
